CBDA has created a fourth high school All-State Honor Band (concert band) that will perform March 12-14, 2009 at the CMEA State Conference in Ontario, CA. Students applying for high school All-State Band (concert bands) will be placed into either one of the three concert bands that will perform at the CBDA Convention in Fresno, February 19-22, 2009, or the CMEA-CBDA All-State High School Honor Band that will perform at the CMEA State Conference in Ontario, CA, March 12-14, 2009.
