California Band Directors Association (CBDA)

All data submitted to CBDA using the online registration process will be used for CBDA business only. Parents of students who are selected to be members of the California All-State Honor bands will be given the opportunity to give written permission to CBDA to release personal information (mailing addresses) to colleges, universities, and music camps, for the purpose of distributing information regarding opportunities to perform.

Only the officers of CBDA, the Administrative Assistant, and the Webmaster, will have access to online registration information. This information includes the director's name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, as well as the student's/students' name(s), address(es), phone number(s), and e-mail address(es).

Directors are encouraged to create a password using the online registration system that includes both lower and upper case letters and numbers. CBDA's hosting server is a secure site. Maximum precautions are taken by the hosting server, as well as CBDA. Directors: Please use both lower and upper case letters and numbers when creating a password for the CBDA online registration process.
